Personal information concerning the customers shall be solely utilized only for the purpose of providing the information requested by the customer. Nonetheless, the customer may instruct by writing DMILT.COM to cease these initiative voluntary updates at any time.

The customer hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. The customer considers itself and intends to be subject by the jurisdiction only of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and only the laws of the state of Israel shall apply.

If at any given time the customer believes that DMILT.com has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to info@dmilt.com and we will make all reasonable efforts to determine and correct the issues raised.

If the customer has any further question about regarding the disclaimer`s policy, please e-mail us through info@dmilt.com DMILT.com emphasize herein that if the customer does not agree with the disclaimer policy above, please do not participate in any of our TENDERS and/or make usage of any TENDERS services.
